Wine County Eclipse Event Package #2
Wine Country Eclipse will take place from August 19-21, 2017, at the Polk County Fairgrounds in Rickreall, Oregon, and in the path of totality for the August 21 total solar eclipse.
This package includes:
The use of an RV space at the Polk Country Fairgrounds in Rickreall, Oregon. Dry camping: no electric, water or sewer at campsite. 3 night minimum stay (nights of August 18-20, or August 19-21).
A 3-day pass for two to the Wine Country Eclipse event, one bottle of Total Eclipse wine, breakfast (for two) and two pairs of eclipse glasses.
WINE COUNTRY ECLIPSE EVENT PACKAGE #2
One RV space at the Wine Country Eclipse Event at the Polk Country Fairgrounds, Rickreall, Oregon. Dry camping: no electric, water or sewer at campsite.
Package requires a 3-night minimum stay at the Polk County Fairgrounds.
Choice of dates to stay: August 18-19-20, or August 19-20-21. Additional nights: $60/night. Additional guests: $60/night adult, $25/night children 6-18; free for children 5 and under. Dogs welcome in the RV camping area, as long as they are kept on leash.

Reservations: Full payment required to reserve a space. Within one week of receipt of payment, Orbit Oregon will confirm the reservation and send an event registration form for guests to fill out and return.
Refund policy: Refunds will be may up until June 1, with a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given after June 1, 2017.
